Celebrating the Entrep-Fashion Journey: Highlights from the Final TPM and Dissemination Showcase Event

As the Entrep-Fashion project nears its successful conclusion, our international team gathered in Ruse, Bulgaria, and Bucharest, Romania, for two inspiring days filled with collaboration, innovation, and shared passion for sustainable fashion. Here's a look back at the highlights from both days of this memorable event.

Day 1: Final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM)

October 31, 2024 | Ruse, Bulgaria

Our final TPM was hosted at the BFA office in Ruse and marked a significant moment for the Entrep-Fashion partners. The day was dedicated to reflection, celebration, and planning the final steps of our project journey.

Morning Meeting – Wrapping Up the Project

We kicked off the day with a productive meeting at the BFA office, where partners came together to discuss the last stages of the project, share feedback, and outline future collaborations. The energy was high as everyone recognized the growth and impact Entrep-Fashion has achieved over the past months.

Networking Lunch – Strengthening Connections

Lunch provided a great opportunity to connect on a more personal level, share experiences, and discuss future possibilities over delicious Bulgarian food.

Visit to the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry

In the early afternoon, our team had the chance to meet with the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We learned about their work in supporting local businesses and ongoing projects that align with sustainable and entrepreneurial goals.

Presenting the Project Outcomes

The heart of the day was the presentation of Entrep-Fashion’s results. We proudly shared our innovative tools, training materials, and pilot experiences with representatives from the Ruse Chamber and other regional stakeholders. The interest and engagement from local organizations reaffirmed the value and relevance of our mission.

Final Reflections

Before closing the day, we held an open discussion to gather final thoughts and ideas. It was a powerful moment of recognition for everything we've accomplished and the relationships we've built.

Traditional Networking Dinner

To top it all off, the team enjoyed a warm and lively dinner at the traditional Bulgarian tavern Chiflika. Great food, cultural exchange, and laughter made for a perfect ending to a successful day.

Day 2: Dissemination Showcase Event

November 1, 2024 | Ruse & Bucharest

Our second day was all about bringing the Entrep-Fashion story to life through real-world examples and industry engagement.

Factory Visit – Sustainable Menswear in Action

We began the day with a visit to Bulammas MTM Fashion, a local manufacturer specializing in made-to-measure and made-to-order menswear. This hands-on tour gave participants an inside look at how sustainability and personalization can go hand-in-hand in modern production.

During the visit, we also had the opportunity to present the Entrep-Fashion project outcomes to professionals from the made-to-measure sector. Seeing our project resonate with real-world manufacturers was incredibly rewarding.

Lunch & Travel to Bucharest

After a light lunch, we hopped on the group transfer to Bucharest for the next exciting phase of the day.

Sustainable Fashion Showcase at the Marriage Fest Fair

In the afternoon, we joined the Marriage Fest Fair in Bucharest, where Entrep-Fashion was represented alongside innovative sustainable fashion brands like Rabal Su Missura and Sir Ludovic Fashion. Participants had the chance to explore new trends, meet industry pioneers, and gain fresh perspectives on the future of fashion.

The fair provided an open and vibrant space to showcase the broader impact of our project while connecting with audiences passionate about eco-conscious design.

These two days were more than just a celebration—they were a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and shared values. Entrep-Fashion has empowered young minds, supported fashion entrepreneurs, and created tools that will continue to inspire sustainable innovation in the industry.
