Project Approach:

1. Entrepreneurial Skills Development to empower migrant women, enabling their active participation in the fashion industry.

2. Sustainable Fashion Practices in the fashion sector, aligning with global efforts to reduce environmental impact and increase social responsibility.

3. Gender Equality: By expanding economic opportunities for migrant women, the project addresses gender disparities in entrepreneurship and promotes gender equality.

4. Integration and cross-sectoral collaboration among partner organizations to develop innovative vocational education programs tailored to the needs of migrant women, promoting their integration into the labor market.

5. Cooperation with transnational partners from different EU countries offers diverse perspectives, resources, and expertise, enhancing the project's quality and impact. This collaboration allows for cross-border learning and the adoption of innovative approaches, ultimately contributing to the sustainability and success of the project.

Expected results

1. Knowledge Sharing: Collaborative development of reports, guidelines, and learning materials for gender-based programs through partnerships between VET and Fashion professionals.

2. Empowerment: Implementation of an innovative training program in Adult Education to enhance entrepreneurial skills among migrant women, with collaboration between VET and Fashion experts.

3. Sustainability: Creation of resources and Open Educational Resources (OERs) promoting sustainable practices in the Fashion and Textiles industry, including circular economy principles and socially engaged businesses.

4. Awareness: Increased outreach to the VET and Fashion sectors through events and dissemination activities, aiming to transform sectors, promote entrepreneurship, and enhance the inclusion of migrant women in the labor market.
